Start with your store count: NetView ECO's public focus is multi-location groups, so size fit comes first here. Then compare industry fit, three-year cost, and what current reference dealers say about support. The table below is from public pages we checked on 2026-11-05. It is a starting map, not a ranking.
The other systems we researched
IntelliDealer from VitalEdge serves equipment dealers with a Cloud CRM built on Microsoft Dynamics. e-Emphasys, also VitalEdge, is the ERP step up for complex multi-location groups. DIS Quantum serves ag, construction, and industrial dealers with named OEM links. Ideal Computer Systems focuses on outdoor power equipment. c-Systems Infinity serves OPE, powersports, and ag. If you are a single store
NetView ECO's public focus is multi-location groups. If you run one store, ask HBS honestly whether it fits your size, and also look at Ideal and c-Systems, which publicly focus on independent OPE dealers.
What we did not do
We did not test NetView ECO or any of these systems, and we did not score them. We read public documents and wrote down what each vendor says, what is unconfirmed, and what to ask. Your demo on your own devices, and your calls to current dealers, are the real test.
A worked task: the single-store question
NetView ECO's public focus is multi-location groups. Suggested exercise: if you run one store, ask HBS directly whether a single-store setup makes sense, and ask the same of the OPE-focused systems. Expected output: honest fit answers you can compare. The exception to remember: web-native design helps any store, but the features you pay for concentrate at group scale. Do not buy branch-sharing you will never use.
