c-Systems Infinity review: business system for OPE dealers

A plain-English look at c-Systems Infinity: what it does for outdoor power, powersports, and ag dealers, and what to ask in a demo.

Based on public product documentation. We have not tested a private account. Sources checked 2026-11-05. Product names belong to their owners; this is an independent guide, not an endorsement.

What it is

c-Systems Software makes a dealership business system for outdoor power equipment (OPE), powersports, and agriculture dealers. Its current site lists CRM and Infinity Cloud, its cloud option, plus inventory, accounting, point of sale, service shop tools, and a mobile app. The company says it has 30-plus years of experience.

What the vendor says

The c-Systems homepage lists inventory with a dynamic level calculator based on your sales, analytics and reporting, customer maintenance, CRM with two-way texting, accounting, a mobile app, parts location lookup at nearby dealers, integrations for warranty claims and parts ordering, point of sale, and service shop management.

Who uses it

The c-Systems homepage shows a testimonial from Charles Williamson at Bossier Power Equipment. That is a vendor-published testimonial, not our own check. Ask c-Systems for a reference dealer near your size and call them.

Words you will hear

  • OPE: outdoor power equipment. Mowers, handhelds, and compact machines.
  • Point of sale: the counter where parts and machines are sold and paid for.
  • Two-way texting: the customer can text back, and the reply lands on their record.
  • Infinity Cloud: c-Systems' cloud option, so the system runs without a server in your office.

Where to be careful

  • No public price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05. Ask for a written quote.
  • A 2012 manual floats around online. It cannot prove how the current product works.
  • The correct domain is csystemssoftware.com, not cystems.com.
  • We did not test a private account. This guide is from public documents only.

Questions for your demo

  • Which modules are in the base price, and which cost extra?
  • What is the difference between the installed system and Infinity Cloud?
  • Show the CRM texting a customer and the reply landing on their record.
  • Which OEM and distributor connections cover our brands?
  • Can we call two dealers our size who use it?

Which dealers it fits

c-Systems speaks to OPE, powersports, and ag dealers, and its feature list — point of sale, service shop, parts lookup at nearby dealers, two-way texting — fits a store with a busy counter and a shop. The published support hours (Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm CST, Saturday 8am to 1pm CST, checked 2026-11-05) are unusually specific for this industry, which smaller stores will appreciate. Heavy construction dealers should ask about fit, because the public materials lean OPE and ag.

A realistic demo scenario

Suggested script: sell a part over the counter, then look up a part you do not have at a nearby dealer through the parts location feature. Then open the CRM, text a customer that their mower is ready, and watch the reply land on their record. Then ask to see the same tasks in Infinity Cloud versus the installed system, side by side if possible. The differences between those two are the questions you most need answered.

Cost questions to bring

No public price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05. Ask for a line-item quote: base system, Infinity Cloud versus installed pricing, CRM and texting costs, mobile app, each integration, migration, training, and monthly support. Ask whether the cloud option changes the monthly fee, the support terms, or both. Get the support hours and channels in the contract, not just on the website.

Our honest take

c-Systems is a long-running OPE-focused vendor with an unusually clear public support page, and the Infinity Cloud option gives stores a path off a back-room server. The cautions: no public numeric price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05, the testimonial we found is a single vendor-published one, and an old 2012 manual online cannot tell you how the current product works. If you run an OPE or ag store, it is worth a demo — with the cloud-versus-installed question at the top of your list, and the reference calls right behind it.
