The honest answer

No public numeric Infinity price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; request a scoped quote. Ask for the cloud and installed options priced separately, since the two can differ.

What the price usually depends on

Dealer systems are usually priced by some mix of stores, users, and modules. We do not know the exact model c-Systems uses and will not guess. But you can compare quotes using the same cost buckets. One-time costs: setup, data migration, training, integration work. Monthly costs: license, support, and hosting if you choose the cloud option.

Cloud versus installed changes the buckets

If you pick Infinity Cloud, hosting is usually part of the monthly fee. If you pick an installed system, you may own a server and pay for its care yourself. Ask which option you are being quoted and make sure the buckets match.

A worked example

Say a single-store OPE dealer gets a quote with $5,000 setup, $2,500 migration, $1,500 training, and $900 a month for license, support, and hosting. The three-year cost is $9,000 plus 36 times $900. That is $41,400. These numbers are made up to show the math. They are not c-Systems prices. Use the tool below with your own quote numbers.

Scope checklist before you sign

  • Every module you need is named in the quote.
  • Cloud versus installed is clear, with hosting costs shown.
  • Migration of customers, units, parts, and open work orders is priced.
  • Training days and format are written down.
  • OEM connection fees for your brands are listed.
  • Yearly increase caps are written down.

A worked task: match the buckets to the deployment

c-Systems offers an installed system and Infinity Cloud, and the cost buckets differ between them. Suggested exercise: ask for both quotes side by side, with hosting shown as its own line. Inputs: your store count and user count. Expected output: two three-year totals you can compare honestly. The exception people forget: an installed system means you own a server, and a server has its own costs — maintenance, backups, and the day it dies. Put a number on that before comparing.
