The honest answer

No public numeric NetView ECO price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; request a scoped quote. The only real price is a written quote for your group.

What the price usually depends on

Dealer systems are usually priced by some mix of locations, users, and modules. We do not know HBS's exact model and will not guess. But you can compare quotes using the same cost buckets. One-time costs: setup, data migration, training, integration work. Monthly costs: license, support, and hosting. Web-native systems usually fold hosting into the monthly fee, but ask.

A worked example

Say a three-branch group gets a quote with $12,000 setup, $6,000 migration, $3,000 training, and $2,500 a month for license and support. The three-year cost is $21,000 plus 36 times $2,500. That is $111,000. These numbers are made up to show the math. They are not HBS prices. Use the tool below with your own quote numbers.

Scope checklist before you sign

  • Every module and edition is named in the quote.
  • Migration of customers, units, parts, and open work orders is priced.
  • DealerCare onboarding scope is written down.
  • Training days and format are written down.
  • OEM connection fees for your brands are listed.
  • Yearly increase caps are written down.

Compare quotes the fair way

Put each vendor's numbers in the same buckets, and keep the edition name and the DealerCare onboarding scope as their own lines so you can see what each adds. A cheap monthly fee with a big setup fee can cost more over three years than a higher monthly fee with no setup. The three-year total is the fair number.

A worked task: pin down the edition

HBS sells NetView ECO in editions, and the edition decides what you get. Suggested exercise: ask for the quote with the edition named on it, then ask what each higher edition adds and costs. Inputs: the written quote. Expected output: a line you can point at and say this is what we are buying. The exception that changes the total: whether pricing is per branch, per user, or per module. The same headline number can mean very different things under each model, so get the model in writing too.

HBS-specific questions for the quote meeting

  • Which edition is being quoted, and what does each edition add?
  • Is pricing per branch, per user, or per module?
  • What exactly does DealerCare onboarding include, and what is billed separately?
  • What are the monthly hosting and support fees after year one?
