What it is

Anvil Pro is a sales tool for equipment dealers, made by Tractor Zoom. It covers three jobs: CRM (remembering every lead, call, and quote), quoting (building the written price), and settlement (the paperwork that finishes the deal). It is built on Salesforce, which is a large business software platform. Anvil Pro works alongside your dealer management system. It is not a replacement for your DMS, your accounting, your parts, or your service tools.

What the vendor says it does

The public feature page lists customer segmentation, activity tracking, reminders, and reporting. Segmentation means grouping customers, like everyone who bought a mower three-plus years ago. A Tractor Zoom blog post describes OEM program data inside an Anvil Pro quote, which means factory incentive details can appear on the quote. Read the brand scope carefully: some documented features reference specific OEM programs, so confirm coverage for your brands.

Who uses it

Tractor Zoom names Great Plains Kubota, LandPro, and United Ag & Turf in its customer evidence. These are vendor-published statements, not our own checks, and they are sizable operations. Ask Tractor Zoom for a reference dealer near your size and call them.

Where to be careful

  • No public numeric price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05. The pricing page describes scope, team, and integrations instead. Ask for a written quote.
  • It is built on Salesforce. That can mean real power, and it can mean you need someone who knows Salesforce.
  • It complements a DMS. Do not expect it to run parts, service, or accounting.
  • Some documented features reference specific OEM programs. Confirm your brands before counting on them.
  • We did not test a private account. This guide is from public documents only.

Which dealers it fits

Based on the public pages, Anvil Pro fits a dealer who wants a serious sales floor — quoting, trade appraisals, follow-up, and settlement — while keeping the DMS they already have. The named customers are larger operations, so smaller stores should ask directly whether the product and price make sense at their size. If your pain is the shop or the books, this is not the tool for that pain.

A realistic demo scenario

Suggested demo test: bring one real used unit and one real customer. Have the vendor build a quote with a trade appraisal, show any OEM program data that applies to your brands, and walk the deal to settlement. Then ask them to find that customer's full history afterward. Watch for any step that needs a spreadsheet or a second system, because that is where your team's time would go.

Cost questions to bring

No public numeric price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; the pricing page describes scope, team size, and integrations as the drivers. Ask for a line-item quote: per-user costs, setup, the Salesforce layer, migration, training, and the connection to your DMS. Ask what the price does as your sales team grows.

Our honest take

Anvil Pro covers a stretch of the sales process most CRMs stop short of: quote, trade appraisal, and settlement in one flow. The named customers are real, sizable dealer groups, and the Salesforce base is a serious platform. The open questions are price, fit for smaller stores, and which OEM program features cover your brands. If you want to modernize the sales floor without ripping out your DMS, it belongs on the demo list. Run the full quote-to-settlement scenario and judge what you see. One caution: do not buy a sales tool to fix an operations problem. If your real pain is parts, service, or the books, a sales suite will not fix it, and the vendor's own positioning says the same.
