The honest answer
No public numeric Anvil Pro price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; request a scoped quote. The pricing page describes what drives the price — scope, team size, and integrations — instead of listing numbers. The only real price is a written quote for your team.
What the pricing page tells you
A pricing page that lists drivers instead of numbers is still useful. It tells you the levers: how many users, which modules, and which connections. Write down your answers to those three before the first call, and the quote you get back will be closer to your real cost.
A worked example
Say a dealer with eight sales users gets a quote with $6,000 setup, $2,500 migration, and $110 per user per month. The three-year cost is $8,500 plus 36 times 8 times $110. That is $40,180. These numbers are made up to show the math. They are not Tractor Zoom prices. Use the tool below with your own quote numbers.
Scope checklist before you sign
- The per-user price and what counts as a user are written down.
- Quoting, appraisal, and settlement modules are each named in the quote.
- The DMS connection for your exact system is priced.
- The Salesforce layer is explained: included, separate, or your own.
- Migration and training are priced.
- Yearly increase caps are written down.
Compare quotes the fair way
Put each vendor's numbers in the same buckets, and keep the DMS connection and any Salesforce costs as their own lines. A quote that hides the platform layer is not the real quote. The three-year total is the fair number to compare.
A worked task: answer the three drivers first
Tractor Zoom's pricing page describes scope, team size, and integrations as the price drivers. Suggested exercise: write your answers before the first call — which modules, how many users, which connections. Inputs: your real numbers. Expected output: a quote that matches your store instead of a generic package. The exception to catch: the Salesforce layer. Ask whether platform costs are inside the quote or separate, because a hidden platform line changes the three-year total.
