Anvil Pro equipment quoting: price, programs, and the clean file
How quoting works in Anvil Pro, what OEM program data on a quote means, and what clean quote data does for financing.

Quoting is a headline feature
Unlike pure follow-up CRMs, Anvil Pro builds the quote itself. A Tractor Zoom blog post describes OEM program data inside an Anvil Pro quote, which means factory incentive details can appear on the quote the customer sees. Confirm which of your brands' programs are covered before you count on this.
Why program data on the quote matters
Factory programs change the real price: rebates, rate deals, seasonal offers. If the quote pulls program data in, the rep stops memorizing spreadsheets of incentives, and the customer sees the real number the first time. If it does not, the rep quotes from memory, and memory is how deals get re-quoted.
Where financing fits
A funding firm wants the year, model, hours, serial number, and price. A quote built from the real unit record already has all of it. When the buyer needs financing, the file that goes out is clean the first time, and clean files move faster.
What to test in the demo
- Build a quote from a real unit record.
- Apply a factory program and watch the price change.
- Add a trade-in and watch the numbers change.
- Send the quote to the customer from the system.
- Find the quote later from the customer record.
A worked task: the program-data check
Tractor Zoom's blog describes OEM program data inside an Anvil Pro quote. Suggested demo test: quote a unit where a factory program applies and watch the program data appear. Inputs: one real unit and one current program from your brand. Expected output: the incentive on the quote without the rep looking it up. The exception to verify: program coverage is brand specific, and some documented features reference particular OEM programs. Confirm your brands before you count on this.
Do this week
Collect the current factory programs for your top brand. Bring them to the demo and ask to see each one handled.
