The honest answer
No public numeric Equipment CRM price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; request a scoped quote. The only real price is a written quote for your team.
What the price usually depends on
Sales CRMs are usually priced per user per month, plus setup. We do not know Texada's exact model and will not guess. But you can compare quotes using the same cost buckets. One-time costs: setup, data migration, training, and the DMS connection. Monthly costs: the per-user license and support.
A worked example
Say a dealer with six reps gets a quote with $3,500 setup, $1,500 migration, and $95 per user per month. The three-year cost is $5,000 plus 36 times 6 times $95. That is $25,520. These numbers are made up to show the math. They are not Texada prices. Use the tool below with your own quote numbers.
Scope checklist before you sign
- The per-user price and what counts as a user are written down.
- The DMS connection for your exact system is priced.
- Migration of customers, units, and open quotes is priced.
- Training days and format are written down.
- The price as your team grows is written down.
- Yearly increase caps are written down.
Compare quotes the fair way
Put each vendor's numbers in the same buckets, and keep the DMS connection as its own line. A CRM quote without the connection priced is not the real quote. The three-year total is the fair number to compare.
A worked task: count the users honestly
Per-user pricing punishes vague counting. Suggested exercise: list everyone who would touch the CRM — reps, the sales manager, the owner, the counter person who takes messages — and mark each as daily, weekly, or read-only. Inputs: your real team list. Expected output: a user count you can defend in the quote meeting. The exception that inflates bills: a quote that prices every name as a full user when half of them only need to look.

Write your must-have list before any demo: pipeline view, mobile logging, DMS connection. Send the same list to every vendor so each quote covers the same scope.
