The honest answer

No public numeric Quantum price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; request a scoped quote. DIS quotes through its sales team, so the only real number is the written quote for your store.

What the price usually depends on

Dealer systems are usually priced by some mix of stores, users, and modules. We do not know Quantum's exact model and will not guess. But you can compare quotes using the same cost buckets. One-time costs: setup, data migration, training, integration work. Monthly costs: license, support, and hosting if it is cloud.

A worked example

Say a single-store dealer gets a quote with $6,000 setup, $3,000 migration, $1,500 training, and $1,200 a month for license and support. The three-year cost is $10,500 plus 36 times $1,200. That is $53,700. These numbers are made up to show the math. They are not DIS prices. Use the tool below with your own quote numbers.

Scope checklist before you sign

  • Every module you need is named in the quote.
  • Migration of customers, units, parts, and open work orders is priced.
  • Training days and format are written down.
  • OEM connection fees for your brands are listed.
  • The price after any first-year deal is written down.
  • Yearly increase caps are written down.

Compare quotes the fair way

Put each vendor's numbers in the same buckets, and keep the CRM and each OEM connection as their own lines so a QuipWare or add-on line cannot hide inside the Quantum total. A cheap monthly fee with a big setup fee can cost more over three years than a higher monthly fee with no setup. The three-year total is the fair number.

A worked task: separate Quantum from the family

DIS sells several products, including QuipWare. Suggested exercise: when the quote arrives, mark every line as Quantum, another DIS product, or third-party. Inputs: the written quote. Expected output: a clean Quantum-only total you can compare against other vendors. The exception to catch: a feature you liked in the demo that turns out to be QuipWare or another add-on. If it is not in the Quantum column, it is not in the price you thought you heard.

DIS-specific questions for the quote meeting

  • Is the CRM included in Quantum or priced separately?
  • Which OEM connections (CNH, Kubota, AGCO, others) carry fees?
  • Is anything in the quote actually QuipWare or another DIS product?
  • What does migration from our current system cost, in writing?
