The honest answer

No public numeric IntelliDealer price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; request a scoped quote. The only real price is a written quote for your store.

What the price usually depends on

Dealer systems are usually priced per store, per user, or per module. We do not know IntelliDealer's exact model, and we will not guess. But you can compare quotes using the same cost buckets. One-time costs: setup, data migration, training, and integration work. Monthly costs: the license, support, and hosting if it is cloud.

A worked example

Say a two-store dealer gets a quote with $8,000 setup, $4,000 migration, $2,000 training, and $1,500 a month for license and support. The three-year cost is $14,000 plus 36 times $1,500. That is $68,000. These numbers are made up to show the math. They are not IntelliDealer prices. Use the tool below with your own quote numbers.

Scope checklist before you sign

  • Every module you need is named in the quote.
  • Migration of customers, units, parts, and open work orders is priced.
  • Training days and format (on site or remote) are written down.
  • OEM integration fees for your brands are listed.
  • The price after any first-year deal is written down.
  • Price-lock length and yearly increase caps are written down.

Compare quotes the fair way

Put each vendor's numbers in the same buckets. For IntelliDealer, keep the Cloud CRM, each OEM connection, and LHP telematics as their own lines, because those are the lines most likely to move between quotes. A cheap monthly fee with a big setup fee can cost more than a higher monthly fee with no setup. The three-year total is the fair number to compare.

A worked task: the one-page scope sheet

Before any demo, write one page listing the modules you must have: sales, parts, service, rental, CRM, and any OEM connections. Send that same page to every vendor you talk to. Expected output: quotes that cover the same scope, so the three-year totals above are comparable. The exception that breaks this: an OEM connection priced per brand. If you sell three brands and the quote assumes one, the total is wrong before you start.

IntelliDealer-specific questions for the quote meeting

  • Is the Cloud CRM bundled with the DMS or priced on its own?
  • Which OEM connections are included, and which carry a per-brand fee?
  • Is telematics through LHP a separate line item?
  • What does data migration cost per store, and who does the mapping?
