The honest answer
No public numeric Handle price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; request a scoped quote. The only real price is a written quote for your team.
What the price usually depends on
Sales CRMs are usually priced per user per month, plus setup. We do not know Handle's exact model and will not guess. But you can compare quotes using the same cost buckets. One-time costs: setup, data migration, training, and any brand data connection. Monthly costs: the per-user license and support.
The ownership question
Handle is now in the Texada family. When ownership changes, pricing and packaging sometimes change too. Ask whether the price you are quoted is the current package, and whether existing customers were moved to new terms. The answer tells you what your renewal could look like.
A worked example
Say a dealer with four reps gets a quote with $2,500 setup, $1,000 migration, and $75 per user per month. The three-year cost is $3,500 plus 36 times 4 times $75. That is $14,300. These numbers are made up to show the math. They are not Handle prices. Use the tool below with your own quote numbers.
Scope checklist before you sign
- The per-user price and what counts as a user are written down.
- Brand data connections for your brands are priced.
- Migration of customers and open deals is priced.
- Training days and format are written down.
- What Texada ownership changes for pricing is written down.
- Yearly increase caps are written down.
A worked task: the merger price check
When a product changes owners, last year's price is not this year's price. Suggested exercise: ask what existing Handle customers pay now versus before the Texada merger, and whether packages changed. Inputs: one direct question. Expected output: a picture of where pricing is heading, not just where it is. The exception to catch: a first-year price that changes at renewal. Ask for the year-two number in writing before you sign.
Do this week
List everyone who would touch the system and mark each as daily, weekly, or read-only. Per-user quotes punish vague counting, so bring a real number.
