What is public
Flyntlok runs a public support site with real help articles, which is a genuine plus: your team can look things up without a ticket, and you can read how features work before you buy. What we could not confirm from public pages on 2026-11-05: staffed support hours, response time promises, and how training is priced. Unconfirmed means we do not know, not that it is bad.
Help articles are not staffed support
A help site is a library. Staffed support is a person who answers. Ask which you get, when, and how fast. For a seasonal equipment store, ask the hard question: what happens when the system has a problem on a Saturday in your busy season?
Training questions that matter
- Is training on site, remote, or both?
- Is training priced by day, by person, or included?
- Do new hires later get training, or only the first group?
- Is there a practice copy of the system?
- Who do we call in week one after go-live?
The reference check
Flyntlok's success stories name real dealerships. Ask for two references near your size and call them. Ask one question: when something breaks on a busy morning, what happens? The answer tells you more than any brochure.
Write it into the deal
Support hours, channels, response targets, and training days belong in the contract. Friendly promises in a demo are not a contract.
A worked task: the help-site road test
Flyntlok's help articles are public, so test them before you buy. Suggested exercise: pick three tasks your team does weekly and find the help article for each. Inputs: three real tasks. Expected output: either clear articles your team could use, or gaps to ask about. The exception to remember: a help site is a library, not a person. Ask what happens on a busy-season Saturday when the answer is not in an article.
Do this week
Call two Flyntlok reference dealers and ask each one: when something broke on a busy morning, who answered and how fast? Write down both answers and compare them to what the salesperson told you.
| Term | What it really means |
|---|---|

| Staffed support | A person answers during set hours |
| SLA | A written promise on response time |
| Practice copy | A safe copy to learn in |
| Go-live support | Extra help in the first weeks |
