The honest answer
No public numeric e-Emphasys price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; request a scoped quote. ERP pricing is almost always custom: it depends on locations, users, modules, and how much configuration you need. The only real number is a written quote.
Why ERP quotes are bigger
An ERP touches every department and every branch. Setup is not just installing software. It is deciding how your company codes costs, approves orders, and closes the books, then teaching the system to do it your way. That work is called configuration, and it is usually the biggest one-time cost.
A worked example
Say a five-branch group gets a quote with $40,000 configuration, $15,000 migration, $10,000 training, and $6,000 a month for license, support, and hosting. The three-year cost is $65,000 plus 36 times $6,000. That is $281,000. These numbers are made up to show the math. They are not e-Emphasys prices. Put your real quote numbers in the tool below.
Scope checklist before you sign
- Every module and every branch is named in the quote.
- Configuration hours are priced, not just estimated in a call.
- Migration of each data bucket is priced.
- Training per department is written down.
- Yearly price increase caps are written down.
- What happens to the price if you add a branch is written down.
Compare on three years
A low monthly fee with huge configuration can beat or lose to a higher monthly fee with little setup. Only the three-year total tells the truth. Use the tool below for each quote you get.
A worked task: price the configuration, not just the license
Ask for the quote in two columns: software and configuration hours. Inputs: your branch count, your brands, and your chart-of-accounts rules. Expected output: a configuration estimate with hours and a rate, not a single lump sum. The exception that blows up ERP budgets: configuration hours that run over. Ask in writing what happens when they do, because that overage clause is where the real price lives.
e-Emphasys-specific questions for the quote meeting
- What is the per-branch price versus the central-office price?
- How are configuration hours estimated, and what happens when they run over?
- Which accounting and supplier modules are standard versus extra?
- What does adding a new branch later cost?
