The honest answer

No public numeric Ideal price was found on the pages we checked on 2026-11-05; request a scoped quote. Ask separately about TargetCRM, since it may be bundled or priced on its own.

Beware the wrong TargetCRM

There is a different company at targetcrm.cloud that publishes prices in rupees. That is not Ideal's TargetCRM. If you see rupee pricing while researching Ideal, you are on the wrong company's site. This mix-up is easy to make and worth double-checking.

What the price usually depends on

Dealer systems are usually priced by some mix of stores, users, and modules. We do not know Ideal's exact model and will not guess. But you can compare quotes using the same cost buckets. One-time costs: setup, data migration, training, integration work. Monthly costs: license, support, hosting, and any per-message texting fees.

A worked example

Say a single-store OPE dealer gets a quote with $4,000 setup, $2,000 migration, $1,000 training, and $800 a month for license and support. The three-year cost is $7,000 plus 36 times $800. That is $35,800. These numbers are made up to show the math. They are not Ideal prices. Use the tool below with your own quote numbers.

Scope checklist before you sign

  • Every module you need is named in the quote, including TargetCRM.
  • Migration of customers, units, parts, and open work orders is priced.
  • Training days and format are written down.
  • Texting and email fees are listed per message or per month.
  • OEM connection fees for your brands are listed.
  • Yearly increase caps are written down.

A worked task: the wrong-company check

There is a different company at targetcrm.cloud with prices in rupees. It is not Ideal's TargetCRM. Suggested exercise: when you research prices, check the domain on every page you read. Inputs: your search results. Expected output: no rupee pricing contaminating your budget math. The exception that makes this matter: search engines mix the two names freely, so a price you found online for TargetCRM is probably the wrong company's.

Ideal-specific questions for the quote meeting

  • Is TargetCRM bundled with the DMS or a separate subscription?
  • What do texting and email cost as our customer list grows?
  • Which OEM connections cover our brands, and what do they cost?
  • What does migration and training cost for a single store?
